Doug Reymore CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer),
CGR(Certified Graduate Remodeler), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialists), CGB (Certified Graduate Builder), a native Seattlelite, grew up in the remodeling business. He and his brother worked in their father’s remodeling company before they could drive. Doug is certified by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Graduate Remodeler, and by the National Kitchen and Bath Association as a certified kitchen designer. He has served as the chairman of the Remodelers’ Council of the Master Builders Association. He and his wife, Lourdes, purchased the family business from Doug’s father, Russ. Cascade Design/Build was recognized in 2000 as one of the Top 50 remodeling firms in the country by REMODELING magazine.

Lourdes Reymore has ten years in the residential construction business. Her educational background includes a Masters' Degree in Personnel Psychology, and a Masters' Degree in Social/Industrial Psychology. Lourdes heads up the administrative side of the family business.
